Personal data processed through this site falls under Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, overseen by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel), Morocco’s national data protection authority.

What we collect, and why
The appointment request form collects your name, phone number, optionally your email address, the reason for your visit and your message. This data is used solely to contact you and arrange an appointment.
No data is used for commercial purposes, transferred or sold to third parties.
Please do not send health data through this form
The form is not a secure channel for transmitting medical information. Please limit yourself to the subject of your request, without detailing your medical history, current treatments or test results. Those will be collected during your consultation and recorded in your medical file, which is covered by professional confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them, then deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange. The medical file created during consultation follows the retention periods that apply to health records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise those rights, write to orientdc.berkane@gmail.com or speak to the clinic’s reception directly. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics trackers. Fonts and images are hosted on the site’s own server: no request is made to a third-party service as you browse.
One exception: the location map is provided by Google Maps and is loaded only when you explicitly choose to display it. Google may then set its own cookies, over which the clinic has no control.
Security
Requests received are stored on the site’s server, in an area accessible only after authentication, and forwarded by email to the clinic.
